It is crucial to have an accurate grasp of the true requirements of the customer and clearly defined specifications based thereon at the very first stages of a large, complex system if the project is to be successful. This course will be taught by Mr. Robert Halligan, a world authority in requirements engineering. Through the lectures and discussions, students will have an opportunity to practice more sophisticated requirements engineering techniques and explore systems engineering topics at the forefront of the industry today.

Past chairman, Systems Engineering Society of Australia. Has provided consulting and training services to numerous international companies in Australia, the United States, the UK and other countries. Strong skills in technology-based project practice covering an extremely wide range of industries that extends from consumer markets to media business, telecommunications, transportation, aeronautics and space.
