科目概要(詳細)
Course Description
    Basic way of thinking for project management is given; project management activity consists of "Initiating", "Planning", "Executing", "Monitoring and Controlling" and "Closing". Lecture and exercise are give for design and management of a project.



    The relationship between project management and system engineering (system integration) is defined. Basic way of thinking for project management is given; project management activity consists of "Planning", "Doing" and "Evaluation". The method to feed back the result of evaluation to design process is explained. Lecture and exercise are give for design and management of the complicated system, basic and practice of logistics, and techniques for cross-management and project management. Explanation covers work breakdown structure and SDM plat form.

Objective and Method of the Course
    This course is an Introduction to Project Management. The three primary course objectives are: 1. Learn the key terms of Global Project Management. 2. Understand the core principles of Project Management. 3. Develop critical thinking by using Project Management tools and techniques. (Mini-Project)

    Develop Project Charter is the process of developing a document that formally authorizes a project or a phase. Prepare for Mini-Project.

    No.3 2015/10/15 Planning Group 1: HR, Communication, Stakeholder [Practitioner] (By K. Haga, T. Toma)
    Develop the plan to utilization of Human Resources. Develop the plan to define how and when to communicate with the stakeholders. And how to manage stakeholders expectation. Mini-Project.
