専門分野：マネジメントセオリー、デザイン技法、ソフトウェアと品質に関する技法、コミュニケーション技法、創造的イノベーション、技術・市場とユーザーや社会とのインターアクションの解明、リーダーの本質的役割に関する研究、フラクタル概念モデル、知識体系の統合とグローバル化、社会性オートマトン

専門分野

• Fractal Concept Models—as a replacement for prose writing (prose is a very old interface that needs updating because it hides visually the number of points, their names and ordering)
• Social Automata---a new way for people to meet and discuss inspired by computer algorithms (we lack a micro-level of organization)
• Functions of All Arts/Designs—measuring the greatness of arts/designs by how many and how much of such functions they embody (to predict art/design greatness, fame, and auction prices)
• Social Indexing Levels—measuring these for high performance and ordinary teams and impact on these of devices, technologies, new ways of meeting/writing and business practices (how many of the interests, needs, capabilities of each other we know and use)
• Totalizations & Globalizations of Bodies of Knowledge---taking how the total quality movement treated Quality knowledge and applying it to other bodies of knowledge for similar great global results
• Culture of Devices, Technologies, & Markets---seeing how these interact with cultures of users and organizations (64 dimensions of each culture measured)
• Empiric rather Platonic Defining---of elemental concepts we all use without really knowing: creativity (60 models), innovation (48 models), design (64 approaches), educatedness (64 capabilities), effectiveness (96 methods) etc
• Excellence Science—54 new bodies of knowledge, cutting across all traditional fields and professions and determining who rises to their tops (14 books written thus far on research results from 8000+ people in 63 professions and over 41+ nations; this work started as my University of Chicago project)
• Fundamental Leadership Functions---alternative ways to deliver them to expensive fixed inventory social classes of “managers” and “leaders” (development of Just-in-Time management delivery means via events, asynch net protocols, etc.)
