The result of health examination is available from"keio.jp" website.

From 9:00a.m. on July 13, 2010 until March 30, 2011
Please contact Health Center:
1)if you are unclear about description in the certificate, or
2)if you need official report of health examination result issued by Health Center.
2. Go to Health Center
A report of health examination is issued for students who need it at no charge (only the first report issed is free).
